The Associate Global RTD Portfolio Manager plays a vital role in supporting the Brown-Forman RTD team by providing essential analytical, organizational, and coordination support. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, proactive, and highly analytical, with the ability to translate data and trends into clear, actionable insights. This role requires blending data analysis, trend monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain visibility of the global RTD pipeline and ensure the smooth, well-coordinated delivery of innovation work, ultimately driving the success of RTD initiatives.
What You Can Expect
Global Strategy & Innovation Process Support
  • Support New-To-World (NTW) Innovation development: Contribute analytical inputs and early-stage assessments to help shape New-To-World opportunities within the global RTD pipeline.
  • Trend Identification and Whitespace Monitoring: Continuously track global and local RTD trends using IWSR, industry reports, competitive intelligence, and market inputs. Synthesize findings into clear opportunity territories that inform global strategy and pipeline development.
  • RTD Format Monitoring: Monitor RTD performance across priority markets to identify emerging formats, flavor territories, and scalable platform opportunities.
  • RTD Innovation Philosophy Support: Maintain documentation and support adherence to Brown-Forman's Innovation Philosophy (Project Edison), helping ensure cross-functional alignment and process discipline.

Market Connection & Operations Management
  • Global-Local Collaboration Support: Coordinate information flow between global RTD and regional/local marketing teams. Consolidate market input, clarify requirements, and support alignment on timelines and decision frameworks.

Portfolio Stewardship & Financial Management
  • Pipeline Tracking and Governance Monitoring: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date view of the global RTD innovation pipeline, tracking milestones and risks.
  • Budget Tracking and Financial Reporting: Support global RTD budget management through regular reporting and spend tracking.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Play a key role in tracking, and reporting KPIs to measure portfolio health, and innovation performance working in close collaboration with local markets, Finance and Insights teams.

What You Bring To The Table
  • Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Business, Economics, Consumer Insights, or related field preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management, innovation, consumer insights, or commercial roles within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), beverage alcohol, or adjacent consumer categories.
  • Experience working with market data sources (e.g., IWSR, Nielsen).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights, manage multiple workstreams, and collaborate across functions and markets.
  • Exposure to product development, portfolio management, or innovation processes preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
