The Global Capability Center (GCC) Activation Services - GTM Associate Manager reports directly to the North America GCC Activation Services CG Lead and is responsible for driving sales execution, sales effectiveness, pipeline management, and cross-functional coordination across the North America GCC Activation Services portfolio. Working in partnership with Sales, Solution Architecture, Mobilization, Delivery, Finance, and Account teams, the Associate Manager manages opportunities from pursuit through contract execution while supporting achievement of individual and Client Group (CG) sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Execution & Opportunity Management

  • Support profitable sales growth by partnering with Accenture Sales, Account, and Partner teams on qualified opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of GCC Activation Services offerings, commercial constructs, solution positioning, and value propositions.

  • Manage opportunities from sales pursuit through contract execution in partnership with Sales and Account teams.

  • Support opportunity qualification, pursuit planning, solution development, staffing, pricing, and proposal development.

  • Coordinate internal approvals, governance requirements, and cross-functional resources throughout the sales lifecycle.

  • Coordinate client meetings, demonstrations, and pursuit activities while ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders.

  • Partner with Solution Architecture, Mobilization, Delivery, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to develop client solutions aligned to business needs.

  • Support GCC Activation Services Leadership in identifying, qualifying, and progressing new business opportunities.

  • Contribute subject matter expertise in GCC Activation Services and Operations Services offerings to proposals, RFPs, and client presentations.

Sales Effectiveness & Business Operations

  • Support Sales Effectiveness initiatives to improve sales execution, operational consistency, pipeline visibility, and business performance.

  • Maintain and continuously improve sales templates, credentials, playbooks, reusable proposal assets, and supporting collateral.

  • Prepare executive reporting, pipeline dashboards, forecasting, and business reviews.

  • Monitor pipeline health, sales performance, revenue, backlog, and CCI metrics while identifying risks and opportunities.

  • Support account planning activities, win/loss reviews, sales governance, and business planning processes.

  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Client & Internal Collaboration

  • Build strong working relationships across Sales, Solution Architecture, Delivery, Mobilization, Finance, Operations Leadership, and Account Teams.

  • Support client account teams by understanding client priorities, operational challenges, and business objectives.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful pursuit execution and transition into delivery.

  • Effectively communicate with client stakeholders and internal leadership throughout the sales lifecycle.

  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned by the CG Lead.

Financial & Business Performance

  • Support sales, revenue, pipeline, backlog, and CCI reporting.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity data, and pipeline reporting.

  • Analyze sales trends and business performance to support leadership decision making.

  • Assist in tracking progress against business objectives and annual operating plans.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum of 5 years of Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Excellence, Sales Effectiveness, Account Management, Business Operations, or related experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Client Group or relevant Global Capability Center Industry is preferred.
