As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the face of Newk's Eatery and help create an exceptional experience for every guest.

Responsibilities include:

Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and a positive attitude

Take guest orders accurately while providing menu knowledge and recommendations

Deliver fast, friendly, and attentive service

Ensure every order is complete, accurate, and presented with care

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room

Keep beverage stations, condiment areas, and dining spaces fully stocked

Assist with curbside, takeout, and catering orders

Work closely with the kitchen to ensure timely food delivery

Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
