A premier luxury hospitality group is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee multiple upscale concepts, elevate service and operational performance, develop high-performing teams, and support the continued growth of its portfolio.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of senior operations leadership within upscale or luxury hospitality
  • Proven experience overseeing multiple restaurant concepts or locations
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, labor, and cost controls
  • Demonstrated success developing General Managers and building high-performing teams
  • Excellent knowledge of service standards, guest experience, and operational consistency
  • Ability to support new openings, implement systems, and drive continued growth
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple upscale restaurant concepts
  • Partner with General Managers to drive sales, profitability, and operational consistency
  • Monitor budgets, P&Ls, labor, food costs, and key performance metrics
  • Develop, coach, and hold leadership teams accountable for performance
