Corporate Associate Attorney - Full-time

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-8 years of experience as a licensed attorney.

  • Hands-on experience as a corporate transactional attorney in mergers and acquisitions.

  • Experience with a wide range of corporate transactions, with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, and business structuring.

  • Ability to handle heavy deal volume and collaborate within the corporate team.

  • Strong legal writing skills, analytical ability, and adept at building relationships.

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Minnesota.

Job Description
