Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Python.
  • Build automation scripts and tools for data processing, infrastructure management, and DevOps workflows.
  • Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, and CloudFormation.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with banking security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability in cloud environments.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous integration/deployment processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Python development.
  • Strong experience with Python scripting for automation, data transformation, or infrastructure tasks.
  • Proficiency in AWS cloud services and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform).
  • Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS ECS/EKS.
  • Understanding of banking domain standards, including data security, compliance, and audit requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer – Associate or Solutions Architect)
  • Experience with Kafka, Spring Boot, or Flask
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK stack)
