Job description

Position: IT Business Analyst

Duration: Long Term Contract

Location: King of Prussia, PA(Only Locals) or nearby States

Rate : DOE

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Owner of business requirements creation including problem statement, user story details, security requirements, performance expectations, integrations, and reporting needs.
  • Align requirements to business process diagram (with Business Process Improvement team) and system diagram.
  • Orchestrate clarifications with business teams on behalf of development team.
  • Clearly document acceptance criteria, along with functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Document UI/UX specs.
  • Detail source /target data mapping.
  • Lead FIT/GAP analysis and system comparisons.
  • Support user acceptance testing and hyper care. 
  • Provide functional/application expertise within the assigned function including conducting in depth quality reviews on design and testing.

Basic Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in information technology or business administration
  • 5+ years of experience in information technology
  • Up to 20% travel by car or airplane to visit business units.
  • Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL, Excel, and data analysis
  • Experience with Azure Dev ops
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • HAZ Waste industry experience
