Comprehensive Care: Provide a full range of general dental services, including preventive, restorative, endodontic, and prosthetic treatments.
Diagnosis and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough examinations, accurately diagnose oral conditions, and develop comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans.
Collaboration: Work effectively and collaboratively with the dental team, including assistants and administrative staff, to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional service delivery.
Patient Education: Educate patients on preventative oral health care and necessary treatment options, ensuring informed consent.
Compliance: Adhere strictly to all state and federal regulations, licensing requirements, and infection control standards.

Salary Range

Part-time $166,900 - $213,200 per year

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

Potential Operating Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Office Hours:
Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Thursday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Weekends: Sundays and Wednesdays off.

Requirements
  • General Dentistry

Licensure: Valid and unrestricted Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) license in the state of New Jersey.
Skills: Strong clinical proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Patient Focus: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Preferences
  • DEA Registration

Prior experience practicing in a private or community-based dental office.
Current DEA License (Drug Enforcement Administration).
