  • Considerable years of relevant professional consulting experience delivering HRand Payrolltransformation services across a variety of industries

  • Demonstrated experience contributing to HRand Payrollfunction transformation efforts in consulting or in-house HR/Payrollroles

  • Foundational understanding of job architecture, skills architecture and job leveling and rewards

  • Demonstrated experience in one or more Workforce Transformation areas, such as:

    • Operating model and organization design development and implementation

    • Payroll process design, payroll processing, payroll technology implementation and payroll operating model design and implementation

    • Conducting job architecture, job leveling, skills frameworks design, and job profile development, with the ability to support the design and implementation of these frameworks in complex organizations

    • Proven background in the strategy, design, and implementation of HR and Talent Intelligence systems and processes

    • Proposal development and support in business development efforts

  • Ambition to build technical depth and breadth across HRand Payrolldomains, including exposure to cloud-based HR/Payrolltechnology implementations such as Talent Intelligence solutions or optimizations

The salary range for this position is $84,700 - $134,700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
