The Senior Human Resources Information System Analyst is a strategic leader responsible for shaping, advancing, and optimizing Axos' HR technology ecosystem to support business growth and workforce excellence. Responsibilities:

  • Managing the organization's HRIS activities and projects, including the design, implementation, maintenance and improvement. Consulting and advising on product implementation strategies, upgrades and integration processes, with existing products.
  • Maintaining internal databases and tables; developing custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff. Translating client requirements into development specifications; ensuring that products adhere to corresponding business needs.
  • Provide deep subject matter expertise in Workday. Analyzes business information processes; creates, integrates, and modifies processes to meet business needs.
  • Ensuring the upgrade of organizational HRIS and leading the development, implementation and modification of system requirements. End-to-End configuration of Workday Core.
  • Identifying the training needs of HRIS end users and developing and providing the necessary training to meet those needs.
  • Translate business process into Workday capabilities and work effectively with business stakeholders to co-design end-to-end solutions that effectively leverage tech and data capabilities to deliver outcomes and ensure delightful customer experiences
  • Develop proof of concepts (i.e., validate technical feasibility before full development), and prototypes (i.e, develop working models to explore functionality and business requirements) required to support new systems or processes, validate and share with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and system requirements
  • Ensure data integrity and data governance practices are established by developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all processes, business requirements, data dictionary, and system configurations.
  • Partner with Product HR Business Partners to drive discussions to ensure the necessary data for design and requirement decisions is readily available.
  • Understand the end-to-end tech and data solution and collaborate across tech and data teams integrations with internal and external platforms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years working experience with Microsoft 365 Enterprise
  • 1+ year experience with Active Directory
  • Strong skillset in data architecture and management
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end impacts on processes related to HCM and Payroll
  • Working knowledge of Workday security, reporting, and alerts configuration
  • Experience in integrating with third-party vendors

Preferred but not required:

  • 1+year experience with SailPoint
  • Workday Pro Certification(s)
