You will receive world-class, hands-on training while directly supporting the Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS)-the sole command and control (C2) system used to plan and execute global air campaigns.
What You Will Accomplish:
As a developmental analyst on our team, your daily focus will be on mastering your craft and taking on progressively challenging analytical projects. You will:
- Fast-Track Your Analytical Mastery: Complete a structured, formal Training and Development Plan, tackling configuration and data management assignments that become increasingly complex and impactful as your skills advance.
- Learn from Senior Mentors: Work side-by-side with a Senior Analyst, receiving elite formal, informal, and hands-on, on-the-job training in advanced defense systems, acquisitions, and data control.
- Master Configuration & Data Management: Learn to control, track, and maintain the integrity of software, hardware, and systems engineering products supporting vital program acquisitions, modifications, and sustainment.
- Support the Joint Force Worldwide: Directly contribute to the TBMCS-the critical system relied upon daily by Air and Space Operations Centers (AOCs), Navy aircraft carriers, Marine Corps Air Wings, and North American Air Defense Command (NORAD) to build and publish the Air Battle Plan (ABP).
- Earn Non-Competitive Promotions: Move rapidly toward your target grade of NH-03 through a non-competitive promotion track, based on your demonstrated ability, training completion, and supervisory recommendation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Work requires the possession of an appropriate security clearance or the ability to be granted the appropriate security clearance
- May be required to work extended or other than normal duty hours to include evenings and weekends and may be subject to recall. Incumbent may be required to report to work during base exercised, contingencies, or emergency situations and overtime/comp time/credit hours may be required to accomplish assigned duties.
- May occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft.

1. Knowledge of applicable Configuration Management (CM) policies, plans, principles, concepts, processes, procedures and directives.
2. Ability to plan, organize, and manage assigned projects.
3. Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a basic understanding of SharePoint administration.
4. Knowledge of CM functional areas applicable to project life-cycle phases, as well as experience in process improvement efforts to include CMMI processes.
5. Ability in maintaining a positive working relationship with various organizations.
