Emergency Interventions: Performing high-quality extractions, root canal therapy, and oral surgery.
Comprehensive Care: Conducting patient assessments, developing immediate treatment plans, and performing restorative work (fillings, crowns, etc.).
Patient Advocacy: Educating patients on oral health and preventative care while managing acute pain and anxiety.
Seamless Documentation: Maintaining precise records using Eaglesoft or Epic to ensure continuity of care.
Collaboration: Leading a team of hygienists and assistants to maintain an efficient, patient-centered workflow.

Salary Range

Part-time $247,095 - $400,000 per year

Tech-Savvy: Experience with EHR management (Eaglesoft/Epic preferred).
Compliance: Must be committed to continuing education and staying current with industry standards.
Soft Skills: Exceptional patient interaction skills and the ability to remain calm under the pressure of emergency scenarios.
