Responsibilities of this individual entail hardware/software technical support, installation, troubleshooting, and training of the NRT solution for customers. The employee will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships in their region and must be able to work independently. This position will report directly to the Implementation Specialists Manager in Toronto, Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate customer systems and procedures to best assist with the installation of equipment.
  • Provide support on NRT equipment and services via phone, email, or in person.
  • Interact with all levels of management and departments both internal and external.
  • Conduct on-site and remote training of both technical and sales aspects of the products and services.
  • Represent NRT’s image and brand professionally at all times with customers and partners.
  • Extensive travel – up to 75%.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and/or comparable work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in PC hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Proficient with Windows OS platforms (PC and Server) and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Above average written and verbal communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with all levels of professional staff.
  • Prior experience with casinos or the development of products for the gaming industry is an asset.
  • Applicants with A+ and other accredited certifications are highly considered.

  • The incumbent may have to be licensed by Gaming Regulatory Commissions - criminal and financial background checks will be completed by the Company, with your consent.

The base salary range for this role listed is based on market indicators to determine compensation, and an offer will consider various factors including experience, qualifications, skills, and training.
