JOB SUMMARY: The Sales Associate provides excellent customer service, maintains an organized and attractive sales floor, and ethically processes transactions at the cash register. The Sales Team is primarily responsible for delivering the most enjoyable thrift shopping experience in Nashville, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting local organizations.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide customers an exceptional shopping experience with the goal of driving sales and customer satisfaction.
 
·       Become knowledgeable in the merchandise selection and frequently asked questions regarding product selection.
·       Provide customers with information related to merchandise, promotions, policies, and donations. 
·       Assist in arranging and stocking the floor, merchandising, and housekeeping.
·       Accurately and efficiently process transactions at the register and adhere to standard cash handling procedures.
·       Elevate customer requests to store management.
·       Coordinate dressing room activities, delivering excellent customer service and preventing theft.  
·       Proactively identify risks and threats to safety and security.
·       Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
