Amazing Sales Associate

Being a Sales Associates at Ace is so much more than just stocking shelves and directing customers. Ace Amazing Sales Associates work as part of a team to offer outstanding customer service and provide a unique shopping experience.  They are expert multi-taskers simultaneously answering product questions, keeping the selling floor clean, organized, and stocked and providing services the way only Ace can.

What you will be doing

  • Communicating and Interacting with People – While each day is different one thing is constant - your day is centered around assisting your team and our customers from the moment the enter the store till they leave the parking lot
  • Sharing your knowledge - Help customers find what they need, make any personal recommendations, and share cool new products and promotions that are happening. Share your experience and knowledge with your team to grow together.
  • Keeping the store running - Making sure shelves are straightened and stocked, providing unique services (paint, key, glass, screen, pipe, pool, propane, etc.), keep the register lines short by backing up the cashier.
  • Problem Solving – Helping customers can be tricky!  Customers have interesting questions and interesting needs. But luckily you are there to help them find a solution or help them find the advice they need. 
  • Learning new things – Have a helpful attitude? We’ll train you on all you need to know know-from hardware to new products and skills.
