Kitchen Associate
Full Time
Are you passionate about creating great food? At Dorothy Lane Market, our Kitchens produce all of the exquisite Made Right Here foods that everyone loves. From the stunning entrees in our Gourmet Takeaway section, to our unique salads, and made from scratch soups, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside great folks and create works of art. Our Kitchens are full of fresh ingredients and experts that understand the meaning of flavor. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or someone looking to sharpen your culinary skills, this exciting department will provide lots of opportunity to flourish.
What You’ll Do:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients
  • Follow standardized recipes and portion controls
  • Understand how products look and taste at their peak of perfection
  • Assist with daily prep work, including chopping, marinating, and baking
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at every step
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
