Job description

Our client, a rapidly growing AI startup based in New York City, is looking for a Software Engineer to help build AI-powered products transforming how healthcare providers communicate with patients and automate front-office operations.
You'll work directly with the founders to build production software used by real customers. This is a high-ownership role where you'll influence product direction, solve complex technical challenges, and make a meaningful impact as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
Build and deploy scalable full-stack applications.
Develop AI-powered healthcare products and workflows.
Integrate with EHRs, healthcare systems, and voice infrastructure.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship features end-to-end.
Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.
Technology Stack: TypeScript, React, Node.js. PostgreSQL
2-6+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
Experience shipping production software used by real customers.
Strong engineering fundamentals.
Startup or high-growth experience is preferred.
High ownership, strong problem-solving skills, and a builder mindset.
Experience building AI-powered applications is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $175,000 - $230,000 (depending on experience)
