The Customer Account Representative will serve as the primary (and sole) salesperson assigned to customer accounts. This role will handle customer relationships, account performance, and be focused on selling and growing accounts that are not assigned to another commissioned salesperson. This associate will primarily interact with customers via Teams, phone and e-mail.

Position Details:

Schedule | Monday - Friday 7am to 4:00pm

Pay Rate | $24.04/hr

This is a commission eligible role. The estimated total compensation range is $70,000 - $100,000 annually.

Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with assigned accounts to influence sales and margin growth within our service and product offerings
  • Provide personalized customer service through timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Be an expert on our strategic product offering and services
  • Serve as the sales representative handling customer needs ranging from quotations and orders through post-delivery support
  • Be a creative problem solver with the ability to understand and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of prior sales and/or customer service experience is preferred
  • Exhibit a highly motivated customer service-oriented mentality with ability to build long term relationships focused on sales
  • Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment, follow through on commitments, work independently, and set self-motivated goals
  • Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner
  • Requires excellent communication, time management, problem solving, and organizational skills with a high-level autonomy and decision-making
  • Working knowledge and understanding of company products and services necessary for success
