Job description

  • Assist in managing strategic planning, consulting, guidance, marketing, investment analysis, and servicing for the assigned retirement business
  • Build the retirement consultant book of business
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retirement plan sponsors
  • Deliver prompt and proactive client service
  • Produce and deliver plan review meetings in person or virtually
  • Deliver participant education and wellness seminars in person or virtually
  • Achieve service, growth, and retention goals for the assigned book of business
  • Lead a team and achieve goals
  • Ensure conformance with company guidelines and regulatory policies
  • Maintain and update the CRM for existing customers in real time
Requirements
  • Series 65 and state insurance license required; if not currently held, required within 90 days of employment
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required
  • 3โ€“5 years of demonstrated advisory, client management, and plan management experience preferred
  • CPFA, AIF, QKA, CFP, and/or CFA preferred
  • Broad background in retirement products and general investment matters
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, RPAG, Redtail, and Salesforce
  • Ability to learn other appropriate programs or software systems
  • Ability to remain flexible and focused during stressful situations
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
