Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized financial strategies encompassing wealth accumulation, retirement planning, risk management, and insurance solutions.
• Educate clients on financial products and planning strategies, helping them make informed decisions aligned with their long-term objectives.
• Prospect, network, and cultivate new business opportunities to grow and expand a successful financial services practice.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through referrals, community involvement, and professional relationship development.
• Conduct regular client reviews to assess progress, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure ongoing alignment with financial goals.
• Collaborate with internal specialists and team members to provide comprehensive solutions and an elevated client experience.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of financial markets, industry trends, and product offerings to deliver relevant and informed recommendations.

Qualifications
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial planning principles, retirement income strategies, and wealth accumulation concepts.
• Working understanding of investment products, insurance solutions, and integrated financial planning strategies.
• Previous experience in financial services, banking, insurance, wealth management, or a related professional field preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively educate, influence, and build trust with clients and professional partners.
