Our client firm operates under a specialized macroeconomic planning philosophy that prioritizes protection-first strategies, strategic cash-flow, and tax efficiency. This role is a direct-hire placement with our client agency, offering a structured transition program, full back-office administrative support, and localized marketing assistance.
Position Overview
This role bridges the gap between starting out and running a mature wealth management practice. Instead of cold-calling in isolation, you will be integrated directly into active client cases, participating in strategy design and joint-planning meetings alongside a Senior Partner.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support Senior Advisors in analyzing client data and preparing comprehensive macroeconomic financial models.
  • Participate in client meetings to assist with administrative follow-ups, case implementation, and annual review coordination.
  • Manage existing client relationships, addressing daily operational inquiries with high professional standards.
  • Collaborate with the team on local business development, group workshops, and educational marketing events.

Requirements
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 6 and 63) are highly preferred.
  • Active State Life & Health Insurance License is required (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
  • 1-3 years of experience in banking, insurance, or consultative client-facing sales.
  • High coachability, strong active-listening skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Compensation & Professional Development
  • Competitive income/ plus performance-based bonuses and joint-work splits.
  • Dedicated training program, licensing sponsorship, and a clear 3-year track to Lead Advisor status.
  • Estimated Compensation: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year. Compensation features a structured hybrid model, typically utilizing a starting base salary or draw program paired with performance bonuses, new business commissions, and joint-work payout splits.
