Job description

Position: Advisor Service Associate
Department: WM Operations
Reporting to: WM Operations Manager
Location: Topeka, KS - Onsite
Overview:
If you enjoy a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, then our Advisor Service Associate position might be the job for you. This team is responsible for reviewing documents, following up on pending business and handling customer service calls. They are tasked with providing world-class service while they support our producers on a daily basis.
What you’ll do:
  • Input, review, and submit new account applications and service documents
  • Provide outstanding customer service when handling incoming calls regarding pending applications, compensation, and financial transactions with advisors and their office staff
  • Conduct calls/emails to follow up on pending applications to ensure they are being processed in a timely manner
Experience you’ll bring:
  • Strong organizational skills; capacity to manage heavy workload while navigating a variety of competing, ever-changing priorities
  • Outstanding communication skills, particularly can build rapport over the phone with a variety of personality types
  • Ability to work independently, but also as a collaborative team member
  • PC proficiency, ability to work on several platforms at once
