Client Service Associate

The Client Service Associate supports Syverson Strege's mission of building caring relationships that empower those we serve to lead fulfilling lives. This role provides essential operational and administrative support to Financial Planners and Associate Financial Planners, helping deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment management services with an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Enter post-meeting action items in the firm's CRM system to ensure timely completion.
  • Schedule client meetings and manage planning team calendars.
  • Prepare paperwork and documentation for new accounts, account updates, and other service requests.
  • Facilitate account transfers, money movements, and other operational processes with custodians and vendors.
  • Provide prompt, professional communication with clients and team members.
  • Maintain accurate client records and uphold confidentiality standards.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, research, and administrative support as needed.
  • Update client information in financial planning and investment management software (as needed).
  • Take notes during client meetings and capture key outcomes (as needed).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial services industry (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle detail-sensitive work.
