Job Summary:
Associate Event Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for all PRO EM Associates and is responsible for ensuring all Associates have the necessary information, equipment, and training to be successful while working at any event.

Responsibilities:
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for the Associates for scheduling, payroll, training, etc.
  • Receives inbound calls and answer emails including web messages in New Day.
  • Runs open positions report at least twice a week.
  • Enters contracted staffing positions.
  • Provide supervisory field support for large scale events such as ASU Football, Barrett Jackson, WMPO.
  • Send sign-in sheets to supervisors daily.
  • Enters event web notes for all positions.
  • Post open positions in Schedule Exchange.
  • Build and strengthen relations with PRO EM Associates.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and champion PRO EM’s company culture.
  • Attend events and aid with check in/check out of associates.
  • Support Event Coordinators and Project Managers in the field at events.
  • Perform other administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Energetic, thoughtful, people-person who wants to have a direct impact on building the best workplace possible.
  • Experience with inbound customer service phone calls is a plus.
  • Must be organized, detail orientated, possess strong communication skills, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Desire to serve Associates and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Must have working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs.
  • Capable of learning new technology.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple assignments at the same time with great attention to detail and a positive attitude.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on feet.
  • Ability to regularly stand, walk, climb stairs or stand for long periods of time.
  • Available to work flexible full-time hours, which may include weekends, holidays, evenings, and after business hours.
