-This position is for someone to work by themselves at our flagstaff or Williams tasting room. Flexible days and Hours. No stress easy self managing position-

Welcome to the OTB family! We are a olive oil and aged balsamic tasting room/e-commerce business based in wonderful Flagstaff Arizona. We are looking to hire 1 more part time employee.


Customer service is our top priority. As a retail sales associate at Olive the Best, your primary duty will be to help customers make purchases by recommending, and describing our wide variety of olive oils, Balsamic vinegars, and specialty gourmet products (product training provided). We ensure our customers have a great experience by helping them with creative ideas and ways to use our all natural, healthy organic products.

To thrive in this role, you'll need to love food, work independently, communicate well and be willing to assist with a variety of tasks from filling bottles and making gift baskets to educating customers about our products. Being flexible and the ability to multi-task in this dynamic retail environment will be the keys to your success. Candidates must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, work with a POS system and handle money. You will be a key holder and work mostly independently so being trustworthy and punctual will need to be your greatest assets.

Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience.
