Electrical Engineering Technician
Join our Service Operations team to troubleshoot, repair, test, and support electrical and electromechanical systems. You'll work with Engineering, Manufacturing, and customers to resolve technical issues, perform testing, and support equipment installation and commissioning.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience with industrial machinery, motors, drives, controls, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Experience with PLCs, sensors, encoders, and industrial controls.
- CNC control troubleshooting (Fanuc, Siemens, or similar) preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and test electrical and electromechanical systems.
- Perform functional testing and validate repairs.
- Support equipment installation, startup, commissioning, and field service.
- Assist customers with technical troubleshooting.
- Document repairs and analyze equipment failures.
- Work with Engineering and Manufacturing to improve product reliability and service processes.
- Support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
