Position Summary
The Lead ERP Support Analyst for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manufacturing will serve as the primary resource for supporting manufacturing and production-related modules within the organization's ERP ecosystem. This role combines functional expertise in manufacturing processes with technical proficiency in D365 Supply Chain Management and Production Control. The individual will lead troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization efforts, ensuring system stability and alignment with business objectives. Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, this position plays a critical role in driving efficiency across production planning, shop floor control, and resource management.

Position Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead support resource for D365 Manufacturing modules, including Production Control, Master Planning, Shop Floor Control, and Resource Scheduling.
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for functional and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, configure solutions, and implement enhancements.
  • Manage escalations and coordinate with Microsoft support when necessary.
  • Oversee system updates, patches, and deployments using Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Support integrations with other systems and ensure data integrity across manufacturing workflows.
  • Train and mentor junior support team members on manufacturing-related ERP functionalities..

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manufacturing or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including production planning, scheduling, and shop floor operations.
  • Technical proficiency in SQL, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate), and data migration tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps for ERP deployments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
  • Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.
