Job description

We're Looking for the Right Energy.
If you're interested in a role where you can clock in and do the bare minimum, then this isn't the position for you. But if you're an aspiring professional ready to make waves in the field and build a long-lasting career, then you could be the full-time Associate Doctor of Chiropractic we need at Lenahan Chiropractic!
Our practice in South Amboy, NJ is hiring an ambitious, growth-driven person who's serious about learning more, developing new skills, and positively impacting patients' health and well-being. Our systems and teams are in place; we just need you to complete the puzzle!
OUR PERKS:
As our Associate Doctor of Chiropractic, you'll learn valuable skills from Dr. Tim Lenahan (Life University '97, 120+ hours postgraduate CBP training) and work alongside Dr. Brian, our current associate. We've been serving the community for over 25 years, and we've built a loyal clientele you can connect with and bond with. As for compensation, you'll receive:
  • $90,000 base salary and performance bonuses for a six-figure earning potential in your first year!
  • Paid malpractice insurance
  • Paid continuing education
  • PTO starting day one
  • 4-day work week: Monday through Thursday
  • CBP (Chiropractic BioPhysics) training and structured clinical mentorship
HOW OUR ASSOCIATE DOCTOR OF CHIROPRACTIC MAKES AN IMPACT:
  • Performing hands-on adjustments
  • Learning and applying CBP protocols, including posture rehab, X-ray analysis, and corrective care
  • Fostering positive patient relationships to support high retention rates and encourage referrals
  • Participating in weekly team training to keep learning and growing
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and finding ways to attract new patients
  • Celebrating patients' success and positive health outcomes!
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • NJ chiropractic license, eligibility to obtain one, or currently in the process of obtaining one
  • Interest in CBP and evidence-based chiropractic - we will train!
  • Ability to build rapport and foster trust with patients
  • Effective communication skills
  • Commitment to showing up, doing an amazing job, and continually growing within the industry
New grads are encouraged to apply! While experience is highly valuable, it's not as important as having a coachable mindset, a hunger to learn, and a genuine desire to do the best you can for patients.
HOW WE STAND OUT:
  • Quality Mentorship - learn effective CBP processes from the knowledgeable Dr. Tim and gain new skills that will serve you well. You graduate with a specialty, not just a paycheck.
  • Built-In Support - with Dr. Brian at your side, you'll have a team to help you out and support your success.
  • 25-year track record - a well-established CBP practice with long-term community trust, consistent patient demand, and established systems to support your growth.
  • Real Growth Path - we lay the foundation for your development, whether you're interested in becoming a partner, owning your own practice, or becoming a CBP expert. This is a career accelerator for the right person.
  • Proof It Works - with numerous 5-star reviews and patients who stick around, it's evident that our services have a positive impact.
  • Great Location In South Amboy, NJ - 45 minutes from Manhattan, 20 minutes from the Shore, and easy access to the Turnpike, Parkway, and NJ Transit. Small-town feel with big metro proximity and great affordability (for NJ standards).

Real career growth begins here. Become our Associate Doctor of Chiropractic using our short initial application!
