Job Summary:

The Director of Transactions  oversees execution of refinancings, acquisitions, dispositions, and major capital events across the portfolio. This role serves as the central transaction coordinator among lenders, attorneys, brokers, consultants, sellers, buyers, and internal stakeholders while also leading strategic initiatives that improve scalability and execution

Director of Transactions Responsibilities:

Acquisitions

  • Manage acquisition timelines from LOI through closing.
  • Coordinate due diligence activities and deliverables.
  • Track critical dates and transaction milestones
  • Coordinate third-party consultants, attorneys, lenders, and sellers.
Dispositions 
  • Manage asset disposition processes.

  • Identify risks and proactively resolve issues.

Director of Transactions & Strategic Initiatives Qualifications:

  • 3-7+ years of real estate, private equity, transaction management, lending, consulting, or related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing acquisitions, dispositions, or refinancings.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and execution discipline.
  • Bachelor's degree required

Success in the role:
