The Associate Director of Data Analytics and Reporting offers a fast-paced opportunity to lead key analysis and financial reporting for Raytheon’s Supply Chain Finance Team. This role is responsible for bridging operational and financial analysis as well as facilitating reporting throughout the recurring business cadence.

Specific responsibilities include budget management, KPI development, and financial reporting among others. Budgetary responsibilities include coordinating CER pool management and indirect budget management across Supply Chain Finance in partnership with OSCQ FP&A over the LRP, AOP, EAC and monthly forecast cycle. KPI and analytical responsibilities include tracking key finance-related metrics in partnership with functional leaders and leveraging quantitative data to drive management action to improve Supply Chain performance.

In addition, the Data Analytics and Reporting Associate Director will facilitate the monthly reporting cadence with the VP of OSCQ Finance, the Sr. Director of Supply Chain Finance, and the Supply Chain functional Leadership Team. In addition to the monthly cadence, this leader is responsible for supporting MBR, OMM, and SFP among other business cadence needs.

Success in this role requires strong executive communication skills, a proactive leadership style, top-notch analytical ability, the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders, and a mission-focused mindset. Successful candidates will also be experienced and comfortable building teams.

What You Will Do

  • Provide budgetary support across Supply Chain functions

  • Lead financial reporting cadence with Raytheon Supply Chain VP, OSCQ Finance VP, Sr. Director of Supply Chain Finance

  • Coordinate LRP, AOP, Forecast, Pool EACs, etc across Supply Chain Finance, OSCQ FP&A, Central FP&A, and Functional stakeholders

  • Facilitate aggregation and presentation of KPIs and functional reporting in support of MBR, OMM, SFP business cadence

  • Act as a catalyst for data‑driven decision making

  • Expectations:

  • Capable of standing up a team and designing cross-functional, results-oriented business processes

  • Able to lead others in turning complex data into clear insights that drive action

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Must demonstrate a strong sense of initiative and personal drive

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience.

  • Experience with executive communication

  • Experience supporting supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required.  U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
