We want a driven business growth expert for our construction team. You will lead our market expansion by finding  commercial or residential projects. You will build lasting trust with property owners, Developers, and design professionals.  

                                                       Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Find new building projects, bidding chances, and land development openings.

Relationship Building: Grow a strong network with real estate developers, architects, and engineers.

Proposal Management: Work with the preconstruction and estimating teams to build strong project bids.

Deal Closing: Lead contract talks and close profitable building agreements.

Market Tracking: Watch local building trends, material cost shifts, and competitor actions.

CRM Tracking: Keep all client data, calls, and project pipelines up-to-date.

Experience: 1-3 years of sales or business growth work in the construction or AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) field.

Education: Associate - High School
