To thrive as an Associate Developer, you need a solid understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, alongside a relevant degree or coding bootcamp experience. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, integrated development environments (IDEs), and basic knowledge of databases is typically expected. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with team members help you stand out in this role.
