Job description

You will be the Associate Quality Engineer for the Quality Engineering team. Our team is responsible for supporting program and functional quality, interfacing with Production, Program Quality Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering personnel, and driving continuous improvement through audits and corrective actions.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Associate Quality Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring product and process excellence, leading rootcause investigations, and championing quality improvements across the program.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Interface with Production, Program Quality Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering teams.

  • Investigate nonconformance issues and develop corrective actions.

  • Conduct hardware quality audits, FOE walkdowns, and surveillance assessments.

  • Lead rootcause analysis and implement preventive measures.

  • Support continuous improvement through audits and process reviews.
