Position Overview
We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Data Analyst to support business operations by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources. This role will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support informed decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience working with SQL and Microsoft Excel, and the ability to develop dashboards and reports that clearly communicate insights to business stakeholders. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams and managing multiple analytical projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key business and operational metrics.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from internal systems, databases, and other business resources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Create recurring and ad hoc reports for business leaders, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor data quality, accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reporting sources.
  • Perform data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and data-driven opportunities and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Partner with business, operations, technology, finance, HR, and other teams to understand reporting requirements an deliver meaningful analysis.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Develop and maintain data documentation, definitions, reporting processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and improve analytical processes and efficiencies.
  • Support forecasting, capacity planning, performance measurement, and other strategic business initiatives.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.

Required Qualifications
  • US Citizenship Required (Needed for clearance purposes).
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, operations analytics, or a related analytical role.
    Strong SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing relational databases.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data manipulation, and analysis.
  • Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and identify trends, inconsistencies, and actionable insights.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Python, R, Power Query, or other data analysis and automation tools.
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehouse concepts.
  • Experience automating recurring reports and analytical workflows.
