  • Partner with the DBA team to implement industry best practices and ensure adherence to established standards.
  • Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines, data models, and integrations to support efficient data movement across systems.
  • Manage and optimize data warehouse operations to ensure accurate, reliable, and timely data for reporting and analytics.
  • Oversee data lake operations, ensuring compliance with data governance, security, and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand data needs and align data solutions to organizational goals.
  • Assess data integrity, high availability, security, and privacy to ensure strong data management practices.
  • Review database designs, structures, and implementation plans, and support enhancements to active applications, scripts, and procedures.
  • Oversee project communication, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring work is completed on time and within scope.

  • Pre-tax savings options including HSA and FSA
  • Tuition assistance
  • Financial wellness resources through our Employee Assistance Program
  • Earning potential up to $115,000

Flexibility & Time Off

  • Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, parental leave, holidays, and disability leave

What Youโ€™ll Need

  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field required; Bachelorโ€™s degree strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in database administration, data engineering, or related roles, including hands-on experience with data pipelines, data warehouses, and database platforms, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead technical initiatives and manage cross-functional work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective data solutions.

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL Database.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Warehouse, Azure Data Lake, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Data Factory.

  • Ability to lead by example through direct technical contribution.
