The role will focus on business planning, performance management, and the launch and scaling of new initiatives. Job Description

  • Lead and support the development of the WFS Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Plan, aligning business priorities, goals, and key initiatives.
  • Monitor business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations to improve results.
  • Support the development, launch, and scaling of new business initiatives, including implementation planning, milestone tracking, and performance measurement.
  • Partner with Account Management and cross-functional teams to develop and monitor program strategies, including seller incentives and discount programs.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform business strategy, pricing, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop business cases and recommendations for new programs, operational improvements, and strategic opportunities.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and performance metrics to track progress against business objectives.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and business reviews to communicate performance, priorities, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner across Finance, Supply Chain, E-commerce, Product, and other teams to drive execution of WFS strategic priorities and resolve business challenges.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in strategy, business operations, planning, analytics, or program management, preferably within retail, CPG, 3PL, logistics, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
  • University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with experience using data and insights to drive business decisions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive projects from planning through execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, R, and/or Python is an asset.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to support research, analysis, automation, and productivity.
