Job description

TEHORA est présentement à la recherche d’un(e) conseiller en intelligence d’affaires ayant une solide expérience dans son domaine d’expertise afin de contribuer à des projets technologiques structurants pour des organisations publiques et privées.

Sans être exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devra fournir la personne retenue :

  • Analyser les besoins en intelligence d’affaires et recommander des solutions adaptées ;
  • Concevoir et implémenter des tableaux de bord et rapports analytiques (Power BI, Tableau) ;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes métiers pour identifier les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) ;
  • Participer à la modélisation des données et à l’intégration des systèmes BI ;
  • Automatiser la collecte et le traitement des données ;
  • Documenter les processus et les solutions mises en place ;
  • Former les utilisateurs sur les outils d’intelligence d’affaires ;
  • Assurer la conformité aux normes de sécurité et de gouvernance des données.

Requirements

  • Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en informatique, gestion, statistiques ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente) ;
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en intelligence d’affaires ou analytique, dont 2 ans en BI ;
  • Posséder les certifications : Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist (atout) ;
  • Maîtrise des outils BI (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) ;
  • Connaissance des bases de données (SQL, NoSQL) et des entrepôts de données ;
  • Expérience avec les outils ETL (SSIS, Talend, Informatica) ;
  • Compréhension des enjeux de gouvernance des données.
