POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Associate Business Analyst supports the Event Technology team by assisting in the documentation, testing, and maintenance of IT systems and processes used for Group Event Management travel registration websites. This role is designed for early-career professionals or recent graduates looking to build foundational skills in business analysis, data handling, and system support. The Associate BA works closely with more experienced analysts and developers to learn best practices and contribute to project success.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Associateโ€™s or Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Internship or coursework experience in business analysis, IT, or project coordination preferred.
  • Basic understanding of web-based applications and data concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks with guidance.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools; exposure to SQL or Access is a plus.
