Aquent is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join an in-house creative production team, where you will be instrumental in bringing content to life. In this role, you'll be the central orchestrator, ensuring that creative projects, from concept to completion, run smoothly and efficiently. Your impact will be immediate and significant, as you directly contribute to the creation of engaging content that reaches customers and supports key initiatives, helping to shape the customer experience for a wide range of offerings. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your project management expertise in a creative environment, with the potential for long-term growth and full-time conversion.
What You'll Do
As a Project Manager, you will be the linchpin for creative projects flowing through the internal studio. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including producers, creative talent, and studio personnel, typically managing 4-6 individuals per project. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Managing content creative projects for various brands and omni-channel initiatives.
* Setting up and maintaining project workflows using industry-standard project management software.
* Establishing and managing communication channels for seamless project coordination.
* Assigning tasks, defining timelines, and allocating team members to projects.
* Tracking project progress and logistics using various tracking and logistics platforms.
* Coordinating effectively with requesters and collaborative teams.
* Supporting workflows across various production studios.
* Potentially cross-training with the logistics team on procurement and tracking.
You'll navigate a diverse portfolio of projects, from rapid 4-6 week turnarounds to extensive 12-16 week campaigns, primarily focusing on creating net-new content to bring products online for customers. Your ability to simultaneously juggle fast-turn and long-running initiatives will be key to your success.
