Main responsibilities:

  • Provide an efficient and "white glove" experience for every candidate from application to hire.

  • Partner with business leaders and HR to develop innovative recruiting strategies and maintain pipelines of exceptional talent.

  • Stay updated on industry trends to bring recruiting solutions to our business partners.

  • Educate and train internal clients on recruiting processes and best practices.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, business leaders, and cross-functional HR teams.

  • Handle a requisition load of 10-15 requisitions in multiple business verticals without compromising service quality.

  • Influence hiring managers and act as a brand ambassador for ACI, engaging passive candidates and exciting them about joining ACI.

  • Demonstrate strong comfort in creating, delivering, and negotiating offers.

  • Be a talent strategist who thinks innovatively and works to improve processes.

  • Exhibit a strong sense of urgency in all recruiting activities.

  • Highly skilled in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring diverse and inclusive candidates.

  • Detail-oriented with strong intuition for the cultural contributions of potential hires.

  • Desire to develop recruiting solutions, think outside the box, and adapt to dynamic markets.

  • Data-driven and strategic mindset.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to market to internal and external candidates.

  • Fantastic organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent tasks while ensuring accuracy.

  • Experienced user of recruitment platforms including LinkedIn and Indeed.

  • 8 plus years full-cycle recruiting experience required, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, and salary negotiation. Corporate experience highly preferred.

  • Knowledge of recruiting within HR, Merchandising, Marketing, Legal, and Technology preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
