Location: Chantilly, VA

ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE WITH CI POLY REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION

TENICA is seeking a Facilities Services Coordinator to provide comprehensive facilities, property, logistics, and office management support to a government customer. .

Note:this position is currently temp with possibility of long term.

Employee shall provide timely and accurate Facilities Services support. The employee shall assist in performing facilities functions including, but not limited to, office space planning, facility operations, property accountability, logistics coordination, office communications support, office computer coordination, furniture management, facility maintenance coordination, construction and renovation support, work order management, move coordination, seating and floor plan management, space utilization analysis, inventory management, accountable property support, facility reporting, customer service support, and ad hoc facilities projects, as required.

The employee shall coordinate with Government facilities personnel to support office modifications, renovations, and construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring all facility and communications requirements are met. The employee shall maintain office seating plans, floor plans, and move records while supporting office space surveys, executive boards, and data calls.

The employee shall monitor facility-related actions, develop metrics and status reports, coordinate maintenance and repair activities, manage customer service requests and work orders, and provide regular updates to Government leadership on the status of ongoing facilities initiatives.

The employee shall assist the Custodial Property Officer (CPO) with accountable property management, annual property inventories, property audits, equipment turn-in activities and maintaining accurate property records to ensure accountability and compliance with Government policies.

The employee shall support logistics planning for meetings, conferences, and special events and coordinate with Government stakeholders to ensure facilities and logistical requirements are successfully executed.

Education and/or Experience:

Jr to Sr level positions available depending on education and experience.
