  • Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

What You'll Do

As a Pipe Fabrication Associate, you'll play a critical role in preparing and fabricating pipe products that support commercial construction and industrial projects.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Operate and set up fabrication equipment, including band saws, pipe threaders, beveling machines, and other production machinery.

  • Measure, cut, thread, and bevel pipe according to customer specifications.

  • Assemble pipe orders, including individual pieces and bundled materials.

  • Move loose or bundled pipe safely throughout the fabrication shop and yard.

  • Perform quality inspections using tape measures and gauges to ensure accuracy.

  • Record pipe measurements and production information accurately.

  • Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment following OSHA and company safety standards.

  • Maintain organized work areas and assist with shipping preparation.

  • Follow all safety procedures while fabricating, stacking, and handling materials.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • At least 6–8 months of recent experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or mechanical environment.

  • Experience using equipment such as:

    • Band saws

    • Automatic welding machines

    • Pipe threaders

    • Roll groove machines

    • Plasma cutting equipment

    • Pneumatic banders

  • Ability to accurately read and use tape measures and quality gauges.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude.

  • Basic computer skills for operating automated equipment.

  • Good math skills for measurements and material calculations.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to safely handle pipe ranging from ½ inch to 10 inches in diameter.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in fire sprinkler pipe fabrication.

  • Forklift experience.

  • Background in:

    • Automotive repair

    • Diesel mechanics

    • Farm equipment

    • Machinery maintenance

    • Manufacturing or industrial production

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
