YOUR FUTURE CAREER DUTIES:
  • Introduces customer to the Spitzer value price sales process and value statements
  • Facilitates interview, at a comfortable pace for the customer, to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives
  • Presents vehicles to customers that meet their needs and explore their interests
  • Offers customer involvement in trade-in evaluation, presents financial proposition, satisfies customer concerns and asks for the order
  • Conducts Spitzer delivery process and follows up in prescribed manner with customers. Follows up with customers after delivery in prescribed Spitzer manner to develop customer loyalty
  • Other related duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • An outgoing and friendly personality, strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with all types of people
  • Professional, ethical, and respectful
  • Self-starter and self-motivated
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to follow-through
  • Proficient computer skills including email
  • High School degree
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
