The Associate Compliance Analyst role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Compliance Program while working alongside professionals from Internal Audit, Accounting Controls, System Security, Cyber Security, and other business teams. [Ass Comp A...Job Descr | PDF]

Reporting to the Manager, ISC Compliance and Support Services, this position helps ensure company policies, procedures, and internal controls remain current, effective, and well-documented. The role provides exposure to compliance monitoring, internal controls, audit support, policy management, and cross-functional business processes, making it an excellent entry point for recent graduates interested in building a career in compliance and corporate governance.

What You'll Do

  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of ISC policies, procedures, standards, and job aids.
  • Manage and update compliance-related information within SharePoint, eWeb, and other document management systems.
  • Participate in quarterly compliance reviews and monitoring activities to help ensure adherence to company policies and controls.
  • Assist with SOX roll-forward testing and documentation activities.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and compliance metrics for management and leadership teams.
  • Organize and maintain compliance documentation, records, and supporting evidence.
  • Support audit and assessment activities by gathering information and coordinating responses to requests.
  • Assist with the development of compliance communications, training materials, and awareness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Accounting Controls, Internal Audit, System Security, Cyber Security, Legal, and business teams on compliance-related projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas for improving processes, documentation, and information management practices.
  • Support special projects that provide exposure to a variety of compliance, governance, and operational topics.
