ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Resident Experience Management

  • Available to open the office each morning in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure, ensuring common areas, amenities, model apartments, etc. are ready for Guests
  • Establishes rapport with Residents and/or Prospects providing personalized service consistent with Fair Housing standards
  • Monitors for Community curb appeal through daily clubhouse and amenity walks to meet company condition standards
  • Assists with details of move-in and move-out experiences with the assistance of the Resident Experience Team and Maintenance
  • Ensures apartments for new move-ins meet quality and cleanliness expectations and accountable to create and provide an exceptional move-in experience for new Residents
  • Assists, plans, attends, and completes Resident social functions such as Resident Appreciation events, parties, and other organized activities for the Residents
  • Assists in handling of Resident questions or concerns, including service requests, feedback, complaints, functions, lease renewals, etc. Assists the District/Community Manager with handling Resident feedback and conflict resolution
  • Understands and strives to fulfill Resident satisfaction goals and objectives to attain exceptional feedback both through company surveys and online reviews

    Leasing

    • Assists in driving overall occupancy through renewal, retention, and referral efforts with current Residents, ensuring unit availability is accurate in management software
    • Demonstrates competency in all areas of apartment sales/leasing, including telephone technique, appointment setting, prospect qualifications, apartment showings, closings, and follow-up in support of Leasing Teams
    • Assists in touring Prospective Residents if the Leasing Agent is unavailable

    Operations and Administrative

    • Logs/inputs records and activities in management software such as lease signings, rent payments, fees, invoice processing, maintenance requests, Resident communications, Resident files, document management, etc.
    • Informs the District/Community Manager/Maintenance Supervisor of all problems/situations that occur at the community
    • Assists in community outreach, preparation, and execution
    • Manages Community social media accounts, content creation, comments, responses, and connections
    • Assists Manager with additional marketing responsibilities (Resident events, mass messaging, signage, etc.)
