Job description

Overview

This position provides daily operational support regarding business tools, products or applications. Analyzes the performance of assigned tools, products, or applications by tracking usage, issues, data discrepancies, and other key metrics. Gathers information to address associate and client inquiries. Generates reports, status updates, and other documentation as needed to facilitate business goals.


Responsibilities
  • Operational Support - Performs various operational tasks that occur during customer or associate inquiries. Serves as initial point of contact for support of assigned tools, products, or applications. May involve data entry, system testing, or implementation.
  • Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Performs analysis to monitor overall performance, tracking user feedback and identifying opportunities to improve existing processes.
  • Documentation - Tracks reporting efforts, user metrics, and known issues. Communicates key insight into business tools, products, or applications through documentation and reporting.
  • Product Proficiency - Provides knowledge of subject to wider business unit or users, which may involve creating educational or operational materials.
