Hiring a Business Office Manager!

Join our dynamic healthcare team and play a pivotal role in supporting both operational excellence and resident satisfaction!

As our Business Office Manager, you will oversee the daily administrative and financial operations of our community while building positive relationships with residents, families, and staff. The ideal Business Office Candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional service while ensuring efficient and accurate business office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations including billing, resident accounts, and accounts receivable

  • Oversee Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing and collections

  • Assist residents and families with financial inquiries, account management and payment arrangements

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, HIPAA requirements and company policies

  • Prepare monthly financial, census and operational reports for facility administration

  • Partner with the admissions team to verify insurance coverage and appropriate payer sources

  • Collaborate regularly with department leaders and the corporate finance team

  • Support internal and external audits, surveys and regulatory reviews

  • Respond professionally and promptly to resident, family and employee inquiries

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance office efficiency

Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
