Job description

Role Summary
Lead branch operations and step in as the acting Bank Manager when needed, ensuring strong performance across sales, service, and compliance. This role focuses on growing customer relationships, developing team members, and driving results. It offers a clear path to leadership growth within a dynamic banking environment.
This position requires a credit check per 12 CPR Chapter X, Part 1026, Truth in Lending, Regulation Z.
Key Accountabilities
  • Lead daily branch operations and supervise colleagues to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
  • Drive business growth by prospecting new customers and deepening existing relationships through a needs-based approach.
  • Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback, performance management, and hands-on leadership.
  • Execute strategies that improve branch productivity and overall financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including BSA/AML and SAFE Act.
  • Recruit and onboard talent while fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions and identify referral opportunities.
  • Engage in community activities to build relationships and enhance the bank's local presence.

Education & Experience
Required:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years customer-facing sales and service experience
  • 1+ years leadership or supervisory experience
  • 1+ years experience within a financial institution

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Experience managing branch operations and performance goals
