Are you passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer service? Kohler Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Member Service Representative to join our Contact Center team. This entry-level customer service opportunity is perfect for individuals looking to build a rewarding career in banking, financial services, member support, and customer care.
With a starting wage of $17.45-$19.50 per hour, this customer service position requires no previous banking or credit union experience. We provide the training, support, and career development opportunities needed to help you succeed while making a meaningful difference in our members' financial lives.
Training will take place in Sheboygan, WI, with the opportunity to transition to our Mequon Branch upon successful completion of the training program.
What You'll Do
As a Member Service Representative, you will provide outstanding customer service and member support while serving as a trusted resource for financial solutions. This contact center role allows you to assist members through multiple communication channels while building meaningful relationships and delivering exceptional service experiences.
Responsibilities include:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, chat, email, and secure messaging
  • Assist members with account inquiries and account maintenance requests
  • Resolve member concerns and provide timely solutions
  • Support debit card services, account updates, and mobile deposit verification
  • Educate members on products, services, and digital banking solutions
  • Identify opportunities to recommend financial products that meet member needs
