Job Details

Due to growth, we have an immediate opening for an experienced associate attorney with a background in Civil Litigation, preferably Insurance Defense. All levels of experience will be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in various Insurance Defense litigation matters
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for trials
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Florida Bar
  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience; senior level candidates will be highly considered
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
